I go to exercise class 4 to 5 times in week for one hour. I read and do mini meditations to observe my unconscious thinking patterns, whereas I observe (non judgmentally) my fear my anxieties as well.
I do not eat breakfast other than a glass on milk, I eat less for lunch and dinner (6 p.m. (vegetarian) also due to the habit that I cant help eating at late night.
I am here to write some practical tips to remain in present reality, for those who may benefit from it. My favorite author is Eckhart Tolle and Book is Stillness Speaks, so I would never like to give any great advise other than being in present moment consciousness which I practice as well.

Thanks for the like and advise Elisabeth, anxiety is conditioned past and I practice being aware of it. body is reset already and it is self aware,
