My definition is when you good excited about your surroundings and people around. you.
mostly it can be felt near sea, or trees and flowers, even seeing buildings also one can felt good but that wont be romantic. with people its tricky other than your family and friends.
there is sensation of something good is going on, and you can breathe nicely and feel calm and relaxed. it may last for a little until you mind made pattern starts interrupting and imagining problems.
its very helpful as I see that it is a fact that no individual has to live forever therefore one needs to know what’s their priorities are; rather than being a salve to the societal expectations.
I go to exercise class 4 to 5 times in week for one hour. I read and do mini meditations to observe my unconscious thinking patterns, whereas I observe (non judgmentally) my fear my anxieties as well.
I do not eat breakfast other than a glass on milk, I eat less for lunch and dinner (6 p.m. (vegetarian) also due to the habit that I cant help eating at late night.
In this modern living, with our smart phone addiction, We are wanting to grasp knowledge and not wisdom.
Freedom can come only with aligning with your real nature. We are made to identify with ideas things etc.
What we can do is to reflect with the nature which is beyond the physical realm. There are various methods prescribed like meditation, reflection and philosophy.
we could have the tendency to go beyond our thinking patterns. Only present moment where we can have real awareness and reality where there is no conceptual thinking or that’s in the background. (for learners)
Still it is that we find it hard to accept that there is this reality that we are, instead to immersing in the conditioned thinking patterns which are mostly negative.
While I find myself into the conditioned thinking patterns and anxiety approaching, I have discovered certain awareness that let me observe these patterns.
This practice doesn’t mean ones becomes a guru but that one would be more aligned with what is real.
